All organic: kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, green apple + lemon

2. MORNING COLADA

All organic: pineapple, cucumber, mint, coconut water, spring water

3. GO GREEN LUNCH

4. LEMON-PEP

All organic: lemon juice, natural spring water, cayenne pepper, maple syrup

5. GREEN AGAIN

**To be noted, a cleanse is not a diet. Like all muscles, when given a rest, in this case from processed or heavy foods, our digestive organs can return to function more efficiently. A cleanse is an opportunity to give your body a break while supplying it with nutrient-rich hydration. It’s an opportunity to step away from old habits and “fixes,” clean your soul-house and rejuvenate. With all that said, for those who would like to incorporate an evening meal to sit and enjoy at the end of the day or as a mid-day meal, we offer the following salad recipe. Remember it is YOUR cleanse, think about what you need and do what is best for you.

Spinach Salad with Lemon-Oil Dressing

Salad
1 cup spinach, torn to bite size pieces
1/2 avocado, chopped
1/3 red onion, sliced thin
8 almonds, sliced or chopped
1 med carrot grated
1 cup sprouts
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 med tomato diced

Dressing
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dash of Sea Salt to taste
