Remember it is YOUR cleanse, think about what you need and do what is best for you.

Spinach Salad with Lemon-Oil Dressing

Salad
1 cup spinach, torn to bite size pieces
1/2 avocado, chopped
1/3 red onion, sliced thin
8 almonds, sliced or chopped
1 med carrot grated
1 cup sprouts
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 med tomato diced

Dressing
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dash of Sea Salt to taste
